Ayo is the Managing Partner of Aysan Capital Partners, focused on acquiring and improving essential UK service businesses across healthcare and critical facilities. He leads the firm’s sourcing, underwriting, and operational improvement systems, supported by a proprietary acquisition engine mapping over 20,000 regulated and essential-service operators.His career spans operational roles in complex, compliance-driven environments, including NHS frontline settings, workforce-led service delivery, and technology-led optimisation. Ayo has structured lender engagements, built DSCR-based underwriting models, and led diligence across healthcare agencies, commercial cleaning businesses, and HVAC/MEP service providers. Prior to founding Aysan Capital, he built YOFY, a technology platform for automating workforce management, compliance tracking, and back-office operations—forming the backbone of ACP’s post-acquisition value creation strategy.
